Danny is a Canadian racecar driver hailing from Winnipeg, Manitoba. After starting in go karting at the age of 9, and winning multiple National and International accolades, Danny stepped up to the USF2000 series in 2013 with Belardi Auto racing. A strong rookie campaign, highlighted by a Top 5 finish, Danny returned for a second year in 2014. In his sophomore campaign, he captured five Top 5 finishes and multiple Top 10 finishes. 2015 saw Danny step up the open wheel ladder to Pro Mazda, with legendary Mazda Road to Indy team, Cape Motorsports w/ Wayne Taylor Racing. Danny started the year on a high note, qualifying 2nd and finishing 3rd at St. Pete. Also in 2015, Danny made his IMSA racing debut with BAR1 Motorsports in the PC class at the Sahlens 6hr of The Glen. Danny and his team led during the first 2 hours of the 6hr race, but ultimately finished 3rd. In 2016 Danny returned to IMSA with CJ Wilson Racing competing in the Continental Sports Car Challenge GS class. 2016 was a breakout year for the open wheel convert, qualifying 1st twice, and on the front row 9 times in 10 races. The highlight of the year was a breakout win at Virginia International Raceway, which propelled the team to finishing 2nd overall in the championship.
